Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using resort-provided equipment
- Provide warm, professional guest assistance during check-in/check-out processes
- Deliver amenities and respond promptly to guest requests
- Maintain pristine appearance of luggage storage areas and bell stations
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Assist with va parking during peak seasons as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 (perfect for high school students!) with strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
