Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using wheeled carts
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, recommendations, and hotel amenities
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas through constant tidying
- Assist with valet parking and shuttle coordination during peak hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service
- Safely handle valuable guest items with professionalism and care
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all operations
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (work permit required for under 18)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Orlando attractions (training provided)
