Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and transportation needs
- Transport luggage via bell carts and service elevators
- Deliver items to guest rooms promptly and professionally
- Maintain lobby and entrance areas for premium guest experience
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Operate hotel equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide local recommendations and assistance to guests
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older (perfect for high school students)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to/from work location
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy preferred
