Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage handling and room service deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at hotel entrances and public areas
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, elevators, and guest corridors
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts, service elevators) safely
- Coordinate with front desk staff for guest requests and special deliveries
- Complete daily checklists and report maintenance issues promptly
- Uphold strict safety and hygiene standards in all operations
Qualifications
- Must be 15-19 years old (valid work permit required if under 18)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Reliable transportation to downtown DC location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
