Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with directions, local recommendations, and requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entrance areas, and baggage storage
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless guest service
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding guest information
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit if under 18
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull heavy carts
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-service oriented mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work in outdoor elements
- No prior experience required – we train on the job!
- Must maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
