Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings using service carts
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide directional assistance
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/bell desk areas
- Collaborate with front desk staff for seamless guest check-in/out
- Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities or services
- Safely handle guest belongings and valuables with care
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old (perfect for high school students)
- Strong customer service mindset with a friendly attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
