Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and belongings to/from guest rooms
- Provide courteous assistance with guest check-ins and check-outs
- Operate hotel vehicles (golf carts, shuttles) safely and efficiently
- Deliver items to guest rooms upon request (e.g., extra towels, amenities)
- Maintain clean and organized lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Assist with va parking services during peak hours
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply
- Valid driver's license preferred (for vehicle operation)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Detroit location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
