Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using luggage carts
- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval when needed
- Deliver in-room amenities and supplies to guest rooms promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and bell desk areas
- Communicate effectively with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
Qualifications
- Must be 15+ years old (parental consent required for minors)
- Valid work permit if under 18 (if required by state law)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Outstanding customer service mindset and approachability
- Punctuality and reliability with flexible availability
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn hospitality standards
- Must pass basic background check
