Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional luggage handling and guest transportation services
- Deliver personalized welcome experiences and assist with check-in procedures
- Act as a local resource for dining, entertainment, and transportation recommendations
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas through constant vigilance
- Coordinate with valet and concierge teams for seamless guest services
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests with proactive problem-solving
- Safeguard guest belongings and maintain strict confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Portland's neighborhoods and attractions
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
