Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and personal belongings using hotel carts
- Provide warm, efficient check-in assistance to arriving guests
- Deliver items to guest rooms upon request (e.g., extra towels, amenities)
- Maintain pristine lobby and entrance areas with professional appearance
- Assist with va parking services during peak hours
- Communicate effectively with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Uphold strict safety protocols for all guest belongings
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old with valid work permit
- Exceptional customer service attitude and smile
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Collins Avenue location
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must pass basic background check
- Eagerness to learn hotel operations and guest relations
