Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings upon arrival/departure
- Provide exceptional customer service and information about Boston attractions
- Safely operate elevators and navigate hotel premises efficiently
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure timely guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and bell areas
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation coordination
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (perfect for high school/college students)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends and holidays (peak seasons)
- Valid work permit if under 18
- Reliable transportation to Huntington Ave location
