Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide personalized concierge recommendations for dining, shows, and attractions
- Safely operate valet parking systems and manage vehicle keys
- Maintain pristine appearance of luggage storage areas and va lanes
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt, solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with front desk and security teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish/Chinese preferred)
