- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage transportation using wheeled carts
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations for local attractions
- Coordinate transportation services including valet parking and ride bookings
- Maintain pristine appearance of lobby and entrance areas
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
