Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are replenished in guest rooms.
- Inspection: Perform quality control inspections on your work before turning over the room to the housekeeping department head.
- Laundry: Sort, wash, fold, and press linens and towels as required.
- Customer Service: Address any guest requests or maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
- Organization: Maintain an organized storage closet and follow proper chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the front desk and management.
- Availability: Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
