Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of guest rooms and public areas.
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
- Stock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and lobby areas.
- Assist in special events and daily operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
