Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person to ensure 5-star service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist in housekeeping duties or coordinate maintenance requests as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or hotel operations is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software.
