Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized service
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally using our service recovery protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate guest records and occupancy data
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Execute safety procedures and emergency response protocols as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee hospitality license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Knowledge of Nashville attractions and local area preferred
