- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism and accuracy
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocations

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences
- Utilize PMS software for daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
