Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork and payments are processed accurately using the PMS.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage the hotel lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with a focus on resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to maximize guest comfort.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding local Miami attractions and hotel amenities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
