Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using hotel property management software (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage daily financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS systems (e.g., Opera Cloud, Fidelio).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
