Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet our strict cleanliness standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to maximize efficiency and maintain high morale.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and special cleaning requests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Enforce company policies and safety protocols regarding chemical handling and ergonomic practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management is preferred but not always required for dedicated applicants.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
