Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse clientele
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using PMS systems
- Operate POS systems for transactions and payments
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler's/ServSafe certification
- Basic computer literacy with POS experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including nights/holidays
