- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and banquet service during peak periods

Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license for valet positions
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
