Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Maintain pristine housekeeping standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for guest requests
- Assist with event setup and banquet services as needed
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability for day/evening/weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy and POS system aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
- Reliable transportation to our Gateway West location
