Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally, creating a lasting first impression of the company.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls to the appropriate departments with courtesy.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and reconcile daily financial logs.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
