Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Software: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are required.
