Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across front desk, housekeeping, and banquet services
- Maintain pristine standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently with attention to detail
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure room readiness
- Support event setup and breakdown for hotel functions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for standing/walking for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid Tennessee ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude with commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
