Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries and making reservations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system with high accuracy.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and special requests to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks when necessary.
