We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Front Desk Agent to join our elite team. As a Night Shift Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests arriving late or requiring assistance throughout the evening. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests feel safe, welcomed, and valued from the moment they step into the lobby. Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression of The Broadmoor.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming phone lines and respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Security Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant presence in the lobby and surrounding areas to ensure guest and property safety.
- Key Management: Issue and collect room keys/cards securely, maintaining accurate logs of key usage.
- Lobby Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the public areas, including the lobby, concierge desk, and elevators.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or special requests with poise and escalate complex issues to the Night Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hotel schedule.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Front Desk Pro).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Professionalism: Must present a professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's grooming standards.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during the night shift.
