Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the property to ensure guest and employee safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies via phone or in-person.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling cash drawers and preparing nightly reports.
- Assist with laundry services and restocking amenities as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; a positive attitude is a must.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
