Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and directions promptly.
- Room Attendant Duties: Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with amenities to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, elevators, and restrooms.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and banquet events as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and maintenance staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide paid training for all new hires.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
- Attitude: A positive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
