Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival, creating an immediate positive impression.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and room keys.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person efficiently.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest requests, such as providing directions, restaurant recommendations, or resolving minor issues.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
