Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all amenities are stocked and rooms are fully prepared for new arrivals.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address guest inquiries and requests promptly with a positive attitude.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
