Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and key management.
- Perform the night audit, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and reconciled.
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies via phone or in person.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby, hallways, and public areas throughout the night.
- Restock amenities and ensure the reception area is well-presented.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
