Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms and vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and local area recommendations
- Maintain pristine entrance areas and lobby cleanliness
- Assist with valet services and guest transportation coordination
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams
- Handle special requests promptly and professionally
- Operate hotel equipment safely (luggage carts, elevators)
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – entry-level welcome!
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving required)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
