Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and hotel check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment
- Maintain pristine lobby and public area standards through constant guest interaction
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
- Safely operate hotel equipment including luggage carts and elevators
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing skills training
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
