Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist hotel guests with luggage and belongings upon arrival/departure
- Safely transport luggage to guest rooms using hotel-approved equipment
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain pristine lobby and baggage areas according to cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams to resolve guest requests
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately
- Assist with valet parking and other guest services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Outstanding customer service skills with a naturally friendly demeanor
- Strong communication abilities and basic knowledge of Baltimore area
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork excellence
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check and drug screening
