Responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in, and transportation arrangements
- Provide concierge services including restaurant reservations and local recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, entrances, and guest areas
- Operate hotel shuttle services when required
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest transitions
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service etiquette
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of NYC geography and attractions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Team player with strong communication skills
