Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and elevators
- Provide warm welcome assistance with hotel arrivals and departures
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages to guest rooms
- Maintain pristine luggage storage areas and valet stations
- Assist with valet parking and transportation coordination
- Act as a local resource for guest inquiries about attractions/dining
- Collaborate with concierge and front desk teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional customer service communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic knowledge of LA geography preferred
- Previous hospitality experience a plus
