Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and assist with hotel check-in/check-out processes
- Provide personalized concierge services including local recommendations and transportation arrangements
- Maintain pristine condition of hotel entrances, lobbies, and guest areas
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest transitions
- Operate hotel shuttle services safely and punctually
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic English proficiency with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
