Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel-approved equipment
- Provide personalized recommendations for Jacksonville attractions, dining, and events
- Coordinate with valet and front desk teams for seamless guest transitions
- Maintain luggage storage areas and ensure secure handling of all guest belongings
- Assist with special requests including transportation arrangements and local deliveries
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards in all guest interaction zones
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
