Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage and belongings to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Assist with valet parking, room deliveries, and special guest requests
- Maintain pristine condition of luggage storage areas and equipment
- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold strict safety protocols when handling heavy items
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth geography (training provided)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
