Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests, assist with luggage transportation, and escort to rooms
- Safely handle luggage and belongings using proper techniques
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities and local Indianapolis attractions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Coordinate with valet, concierge, and front desk teams for seamless service
- Process guest requests promptly and professionally
- Uphold strict safety standards for guest belongings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Outstanding customer service attitude and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis geography (training provided)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
