Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to/from rooms using hotel carts
- Provide warm welcome assistance with door opening and guest orientation
- Deliver in-room items (amenities, supplies) to guest rooms promptly
- Assist with valet parking and vehicle retrieval as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries with professional and helpful solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby/public areas
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams for seamless service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong time-management abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of Seattle landmarks and transportation
- Positive attitude with service-oriented mindset
