- Provide warm, personalized greetings and assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Coordinate with valet services and transportation providers
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in lobby, entrance areas, and bell desk
- Act as local Denver expert with recommendations for dining, attractions, and events
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to resolve guest requests
- Process luggage storage and retrieval with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
