Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage using bell carts and provide personalized assistance to arriving/departing guests
- Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication, efficient room deliveries, and concierge support
- Maintain pristine public areas and lobby spaces while adhering to strict cleanliness protocols
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless guest experiences
- Execute VIP services including baggage storage, errand running, and special event support
- Operate hotel equipment (e.g., luggage carts, elevators) safely and professionally
- Document guest requests and maintain accurate service logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Outstanding customer service mindset with approachable, professional demeanor
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts
