Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using rolling carts and ensure secure handling
- Provide warm welcomes, assist with check-in coordination, and offer local recommendations
- Execute valet parking services with precision and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of entrance areas and luggage storage spaces
- Collaborate with front desk and concierge teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Safeguard guest belongings and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report operational issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and polished professional appearance
- Strong knowledge of Boston landmarks and transportation systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for valet duties
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic English fluency; multilingual candidates strongly encouraged
