Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport guest luggage using wheeled carts and valet systems
- Provide warm, personalized welcomes and farewells to all guests
- Assist with room deliveries including amenities and special requests
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas through constant vigilance
- Coordinate with front desk for seamless guest check-in/check-out processes
- Execute parking services for arriving and departing guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries with local area expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in all weather conditions
- Basic smartphone proficiency for communication tools
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown El Paso location
