Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with luggage and belongings using professional handling techniques
- Transport luggage to guest rooms with speed and precision while maintaining safety standards
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and order in lobby areas, entrance zones, and bell desk
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Oklahoma City geography (training provided)
- Must be available for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to work location
