Responsibilities
- Safely transport guest luggage and provide timely assistance with check-in/check-out
- Deliver in-room amenities and packages with precision and professionalism
- Act as a knowledgeable local resource for guests, recommending attractions and dining
- Maintain pristine lobby and public areas to uphold hotel standards
- Collaborate with front desk and valet teams for seamless guest experiences
- Operate luggage carts and hotel equipment safely and efficiently
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Exceptional customer service mindset and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to hotel shifts (flexible hours including weekends)
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee area preferred
